Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- In original condition: Unworn, unwashed, with no alterations, and all original tags attached.
- In original packaging: Keep it intact for a smooth return process.
Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Sale items.
- Custom orders.
- Seat covers.
- Items marked as final sale.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping. A $14.99 fee will be deducted from your refund for each return label we create.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at info@tombstoneco.com with your order details.
- Once approved, we’ll send you a return label.
- Pack your item securely and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
